On 01/03/2022, at the headquarters of the Thematic Research Agency in the Social Sciences and Humanities in Constantine, members of the scientific council and its president-elect were installed pursuant to the ministerial decree No. 65 of 26/01/2022, appointing the members of the scientific council of the Agency.
