The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) has announced the opening of nominations for the ESCWA Award for Arab Digital Content for Sustainable Development 2025-2026, according to the attached document.
This award aims to present outstanding digital projects that support digital content and develop high-quality digital content that aligns with the sustainable development goals in the Arab region.
Participation in this event will be open to public, private, academic, or non-governmental institutions, as well as young entrepreneurs from Arab countries who have developed applications or products in Arabic digital content, leaving
A clear impact on society, and it is required that entrepreneurs who are founders of startups, youth teams, or individuals be under the age of 35. The selection of winning projects is based on the following criteria: local impact, value, content, functionality, design, technology, and innovation.
The winners of this award will be announced during the Arab Summit for Small and Medium Enterprises in 2026.
